BunnyBooster provides an automation platform for Instagram growth, including but not limited to automated engagement, content scheduling, analytics, and account management tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service
• Engage in spamming or abusive behavior
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Post content that is illegal, obscene, or defamatory

5. Subscription and Payments

Some of our services require payment of fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by BunnyBooster and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BunnyBooster be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
