Welcome to BunnyBooster ("BunnyBooster", "we", "our", or "us"). BunnyBooster provides tools for creators and small businesses to plan, create, and automate social media content. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use our platform.

Information You Provide

When you use BunnyBooster, we may collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, username, and optional profile image.
  • Content information: captions, post drafts, media uploads, scheduling details, and connected social account settings.
  • Communication information: messages you send when contacting support or submitting feedback.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. BunnyBooster does not store full card numbers or banking details.
  • Transaction information: plan selection, billing status, invoices, and payment timestamps.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use BunnyBooster, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information (device type, browser, operating system).
  • Log data (IP address, pages viewed, access times, and referring URL).
  • Usage data (feature interactions, publishing activity, and dashboard actions) to improve product performance and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain BunnyBooster.
  • Schedule and publish content to connected platforms.
  • Generate and improve AI-assisted writing and workflow features.
  • Process subscriptions and send billing or transactional emails.
  • Detect fraud, spam, and abuse and enforce platform policies.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement.

3. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate BunnyBooster, process payments, and provide functionality you request. This may include sharing necessary information with the social media platforms you choose to connect, including YouTube through the YouTube API Services.

Specifically, we may share information with:

  • Payment processors: Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.
  • Connected social platforms: when you authorize BunnyBooster to publish or schedule content, we share only the content and credentials necessary to fulfill that action.
  • Infrastructure providers: hosting, cloud services, email delivery, monitoring, and analytics vendors.
  • Legal disclosures: when required by law or to protect users, rights, and platform security.

4. Connected Platforms and Third-Party Services

BunnyBooster integrates with third-party platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, and payment providers) to provide scheduling and automation features. Your use of those services is also subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

YouTube API Services

BunnyBooster uses YouTube API Services to allow you to connect your YouTube channel and publish or schedule videos on YouTube. By using BunnyBooster to interact with YouTube, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google Privacy Policy

BunnyBooster's use of information received from YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking Access

You can review or revoke BunnyBooster's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Security Settings. You can also disconnect YouTube from within BunnyBooster's account settings.

Canva

BunnyBooster integrates with Canva to allow you to import your Canva designs directly into posts and your Media Library. When you connect your Canva account, BunnyBooster accesses your Canva profile display name and your list of designs via the Canva Connect API. We store only the OAuth access token and refresh token required to make API requests on your behalf, along with your Canva display name for identification purposes. We do not store your Canva designs or design content beyond the images you explicitly choose to import.

When you disconnect Canva from BunnyBooster, we immediately revoke your OAuth authorization via Canva's token revocation API and permanently delete all stored Canva credentials from our database. Your use of Canva is also subject to the Canva Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Canva at any time from BunnyBooster's account settings, or revoke access directly through your Canva account's connected apps settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

BunnyBooster is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
